Since 2001 YBL have held TQM and TSQ1. These systems were facilitated by Summit Systems and are a comprehensive system that requires regular documentised checking of equipment, materials and procedures.
This is all regularly audited by Summit Systems to maintain the highest standards possible.
In addition YBL have a comprehensive training program with all permanent staff enrolled in training for the National Certificate in Agricultural Contracting.
Other means are membership to the Road Transport Association, Rural Contractors New Zealand and Federated Farmers New Zealand.
Membership to these important groups keeps YBL up to pace with new and current requirements providing valuable information, technical support and training.
YBL have dedicated staff for follow up and trouble shooting. They are trained to seek out the causes rather than symptoms and expedient resolutions.
An additional innovation is the implantation of YBLs order-remittance form that goes out with every invoice – this facilitates easy multi choice tick box vehicle for our clients to rate the different aspects of our work and provides documentation to our Quality Assurance System.
