	The Yeatman family have been providing services to the rural Canterbury for 4 generations. Nick and Hoss, the Directors started Yeatman Brothers in 1986. In the early days, because of demand for our services and the exponentional growth created by that demand. We were on the lowest quote-most work to make it pay, because we borrowed to buy the gear, that keeps needing replacement, what happened to the money, tread mill. However after a re-examination of the direction of the business in 2001. We changed the culture, we stopped buying work and gear, borrowing money, and got smarter. YBL are now committed to providing top quality service to our customers. We invest in new technologies and training to facilitate this goal and see it as a viable alternative to a financially binding machinery replacement programme preferred by many of our competitors. In 2008 Yeatman Brothers Ltd relocated to Windermere where we have built a 1080 m2 workshop facility, this has enhanced the philosphy of maintaing and rebuilding with the recent aquistion and rebuild of our Wabco 333ft motor scraper. Raising standards reduces competition. Continuous training and upskilling of staff, results in major cost reductions, a benefit we pass onto our clients.
